Practice one on one
In person or online classes specially tailored to the individual wanting to work one on one with me to begin or enhance your movement practice.

We will work together on your mobility goals and progress your practice over time, adapting your strength and confidence.

Please contact me to book a consultation. I recommend we work together for at least 4 weeks to start realizing adaptations, but I'm also available for one-off classes.
